Please complete the form below to register for the HSJ Cancer Forum, taking place on 11 March 2026 at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London - Tower Bridge.
 
Delegate passes are strictly reserved for public sector health and care professionals only - please note, if you are a supplier to the NHS, attendance is only possible via event partnership. To find out if you qualify for a delegate pass, please click here. HSJ reserves the right to accept and/or decline all delegate places.

To ensure the best possible experience for all attendees, please note the following requirements:

• Morning attendance is essential – delegates are expected to attend the morning sessions of the Forum they have registered for. Freer movement between sessions will be available after lunch, subject to capacity.
• Participation in IDGs – delegates commit to attending the Integrated Discussion Groups (IDGs) linked to their chosen Forum.
• One insight session commitment – delegates agree to attend at least one insight meeting with an event partner as part of their Forum.
• Priority access – if a room is nearing capacity, priority will be given to delegates registered for that Forum. Switching rooms is possible, but only if space allows. 

We understand that calendars are busy, but by completing this form, you confirm that the date is held in your diary, and you commit to attend the event should your registration be accepted. Should the situation change, you also agree to provide the name and contact information of a senior colleague to attend in your stead, a minimum of 2 weeks ahead of the event date.
